Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 c plain nonfat yogurt
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 Tbsp poppy seed
• juice of 1 lemon about 2 Tbsp

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
2. Serve chilled
