Poppy Seed Ham Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 pans dinner rolls
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 3 tbsp grated onion or onion flakes
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp poppy seed
- 12 lb ham thinly sliced
- 12 lb swiss cheese thinly sliced
Directions
- Mix together margarine onion mustard sugar and poppy seed
- Slice open each pan of rolls lengthwise If you place the rolls in the freezer for a few minutes they cut easier
- Spoon poppy seed mixture over layers
- Place a layer of ham and cheese on top then cover with the top layer of bread
- Spoon the remaining poppy seed mixture on top
- Heat to melt cheese
