PoppyS Favorite Cookies

Ingredients

• 14 c butter softened
• 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 egg yolk
• 14 tsp vanilla
• 1 pkg 185 oz cake mix yellow strawberry any

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese and butter until blended
2. Blend in yolk and vanilla
3. Add cake mix dry 13 at a time mixing well after each addition
4. If mixer is used add last 13 by hand
5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes
6. Heat oven to 375
7. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown
8. Cool slightly before removing from sheet
