Ingredients

  • 1 c Minute Rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 14 c diced onion
  • 14 can tomato soup
  • 14 c diced celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Mix well all ingredients
  2. Form into balls
  3. Brown on all sides
  4. Mix remaining soup and 34 can water to pan
  5. Bake in oven at 250 for 1 to 1 12 hours
