Porcupine Beef Balls

Ingredients
- 2 c tomato sauce a jar add 12 c water
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 c uncooked rice
- 14 c minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Lightly grease a 2 12-quart casserole
- Set aside sauce
- Add 12 cup water if sauce is thick
- Combine beef rice onion salt and pepper
- Shape into 1 12-inch balls and put in casserole Pour tomato sauce over meatballs
- Cover and bake at 350 for about 1 hour
