Porcupine Beef Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 c tomato sauce a jar add 12 c water
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 c uncooked rice
  • 14 c minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Lightly grease a 2 12-quart casserole
  2. Set aside sauce
  3. Add 12 cup water if sauce is thick
  4. Combine beef rice onion salt and pepper
  5. Shape into 1 12-inch balls and put in casserole Pour tomato sauce over meatballs
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for about 1 hour
