Porcupine Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 12 c uncooked rice
- 14 Tbsp pepper
- 1 small onion minced
- 34 c water
- 1 10 12 oz can tomato soup
Directions
- Combine meat rice
- onion salt and pepper
- Form into balls Mix soup and water in casserole dish
- Drop meat balls into casserole dish
- Bake at 375 until rice is done approximately 1 hour
