Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb hamburger
- 12 c rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 small can tomato soup
- 12 c water
Directions
- Wash rice
- Combine meat rice salt pepper and onion
- Shape into balls
- Place in pressure cooker on rack and pour tomato soup and water over meatballs
- Cook for 15 minutes
