Porcupine Sausage Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 14 c uncooked rice
- 1 tart apple diced
- 12 c celery
- 1 small diced onion
- few sprays parsley optional
- 1 c soft bread crumbs
- 14 c chili sauce
- 14 tsp dry mustard
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix sausage and uncooked rice and shape into 8 patties
- Brown patties in covered pan with 12 cup water
- Mix apple celery onion and parsley with bread crumbs and seasonings
- Add filling between browned patties to form a loaf
- Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 20 minutes
