Porcupines

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 14 c chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c cooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 c boiling water
Directions
- Combine meat egg onion pepper salt and 14 cup rice
- Mix well
- Shape into 8 balls of equal size
- Roll each ball in remaining rice and press rice into meat so it will hold
- Place balls in pan cover with tomato soup and boiling water
- Cover and simmer about 45 minutes
