Pork And Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops 34-inch thick
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 12 c chili sauce
- 3 cans kidney beans drained
Directions
- Trim the fat from the chops
- Season with salt and pepper Heat the oil in frypan
- Add the chops and cook over a low heat until browned on both sides
- Remove the chops
- Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat
- In remaining fat saute the onions and garlic for five minutes
- Stir in mustard chili sauce and beans
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Arrange the chops on top
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350
