Ingredients

  • 8 12 lb beans
  • 13 c salt
  • 3 12 lb fresh pork
  • 8 qt tomatoes
  • 2 lb brown sugar
  • 1 lb white sugar
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 qt ketchup
  • 2 qt water
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 12 c cornstarch

Directions

  1. Soak beans overnight cook with pork
  2. When nearly done add salt
  3. Fill canning jars 34 full with beans
  4. Mix rest of ingredients together for sauce
  5. Pour over beans in jars and cold pack for 2 hours
