Pork And Corn Stuffing Bake
Ingredients
- 1 can Campbells golden corn soup
- 1 12 c Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
- 14 c finely chopped celery
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 12 tsp paprika
- 4 boneless pork chops 34-inch thick
- 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
Directions
- Combine soup stuffing celery onion and paprika
- In 9-inch greased pie plate spoon stuffing
- Arrange chops on stuffing pressing lightly into stuffing
- Combine sugar and mustard Spread mixture evenly over chops
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink
- Garnish with celery leaves if desired
- Serves 4
