Pork And Corn Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbells golden corn soup
  • 1 12 c Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
  • 14 c finely chopped celery
  • 14 c finely chopped onion
  • 12 tsp paprika
  • 4 boneless pork chops 34-inch thick
  • 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp spicy brown mustard

Directions

  1. Combine soup stuffing celery onion and paprika
  2. In 9-inch greased pie plate spoon stuffing
  3. Arrange chops on stuffing pressing lightly into stuffing
  4. Combine sugar and mustard Spread mixture evenly over chops
  5. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink
  6. Garnish with celery leaves if desired
  7. Serves 4
