Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork cut into 14 x 1 12-inch slivers
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp cooking sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 14 tsp ginger
  • 4 spring onions cut diagonally
  • 1 can water chestnuts sliced and drained
  • 1 lb pea pods
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • cornstarch

Directions

  1. Mix soy sauce cooking sherry garlic and ginger for a marinade
  2. Add meat tossing to coat evenly
  3. Cover tightly Refrigerate at least four hours or longer
