Pork And Pea Pods

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork cut into 14 x 1 12-inch slivers
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp cooking sherry
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 14 tsp ginger
- 4 spring onions cut diagonally
- 1 can water chestnuts sliced and drained
- 1 lb pea pods
- 1 c chicken broth
- cornstarch
Directions
- Mix soy sauce cooking sherry garlic and ginger for a marinade
- Add meat tossing to coat evenly
- Cover tightly Refrigerate at least four hours or longer
