Pork And Rice

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 14 tsp salt
- 3 c cooked rice
- broth 1 can consomme or 3 bouillon cubes in 2 c water
Directions
- Brown pork chops
- Combine rice salt and broth
- Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- Arrange pork chops on top of rice Bake at 350 for one hour
