Pork And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 14 tsp caraway seed
- 1 small chopped garlic bulb
- 1 small chopped onion
- 8 slices fried bacon
- 4 thick pork chops
- 1 large pkg sauerkraut
Directions
- Brown pork chops in small amount of vegetable oil
- Mix all other ingredients in a 1 12-quart casserole and place chops on top
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 then turn pork chops
- Stir mixture and bake for additional 45 minutes
