Pork And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 4 or 5 slices of bacon
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 can sauerkraut drained
- 12 C sliced onions
- 1 12 C thick sliced potatoes
- 1 can whole tomatoes crushed
- 12 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Arrange in layers in a casserole
- Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until pork chops are done
