Pork Chop And Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 4 potatoes sliced
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • flour

Directions

  1. Roll pork chops into flour brown until golden
  2. Cook potatoes until almost done
  3. Put in bottom of baking dish
  4. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup thin with milk
  5. Pour over potatoes
