Pork Chop And Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 4 potatoes sliced
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
- flour
Directions
- Roll pork chops into flour brown until golden
- Cook potatoes until almost done
- Put in bottom of baking dish
- Mix sour cream and mushroom soup thin with milk
- Pour over potatoes
