  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 14 c water
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 4 c thinly sliced potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In skillet brown chops Blend soup sour cream water and parsley In 2-quart casserole alternate layers of potatoes and sauce Sprinkle with salt and pepper Top with chops Cover Bake at 375 for 1 14 hours Makes 4 servings
