Pork Chop And Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk just fill up empty soup can
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 6 pork chops

Directions

  1. Place rice in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish
  2. Mix together soups and milk pour mixture over rice
  3. Sprinkle onion soup mix over soup
  4. Top with pork chops
  5. Cover tightly with foil
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
  7. Remove foil the last 15 minutes to brown pork chops
  8. Yields 6 servings
