Pork Chop And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 c rice uncooked
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes
- 4 pork chops browned
- 1 onion sliced in rings
- 1 c water
- salt to taste
- mushrooms celery bell pepper or whatever you like optional
Directions
- Preheat
- oven to 375 or 400
- Brown pork chops
- In a 2 quart casserole pan place chops
- Put onion slices on pork chops Pour
- in
- tomatoes
- uncooked rice and water
- Bake 40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed
