Pork Chop Bake
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops 1-inch thick
- 4 medium potatoes uncooked peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
- 1 c water
- 1 envelope Lipton soup mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In large skillet brown chops drain on paper towels
- In buttered 2-quart oblong baking dish arrange potatoes mushrooms and chops
- In small bowl combine water and soup mix
- Pour over meat
- Cover with foil and bake 1 14 hours or until potatoes are tender
- Makes 6 servings
