Pork Chop Bake

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops 1 inch thick
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 can mushrooms 4 oz drained
- 1 c water hot
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large skillet brown chops
- Drain on absorbent paper
- In buttered oblong baking dish arrange chops potatoes and mushrooms on top
- In a small bowl combine water and soup mix
- Pour over other ingredients in baking dish
