Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes cut into 12-inch slices
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can vegetable soup diluted with about 12 can water
- 12 c tomato catsup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place potatoes in shallow baking dish Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Lay chops on potatoes
- Combine diluted soup and catsup pour over chops
- Cover and bake 1 14 to 1 12 hours
- Uncover last 15 minutes and thicken sauce if desired
- Serves 6
