Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes cut into 12-inch slices
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can vegetable soup diluted with about 12 can water
  • 12 c tomato catsup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Place potatoes in shallow baking dish Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Lay chops on potatoes
  4. Combine diluted soup and catsup pour over chops
  5. Cover and bake 1 14 to 1 12 hours
  6. Uncover last 15 minutes and thicken sauce if desired
  7. Serves 6
