Pork Chop Stew

Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- 1 large onion
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 can consomme soup
- 8 carrots or more
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 12 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Brown pork chops and chopped onion in oil
- Add spices consomme undiluted sliced and peeled carrots and potatoes Cook in steam pressure pot 20 minutes or bake in oven one hour at 350
