Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 5 thick pork chops
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 3 c cooked rice
- 3 onions
Directions
- Fry chops brown not well done
- Place in bottom of casserole On each chop place one slice of onion one slice of tomato one ring of green pepper and 2 tablespoons rice in green pepper ring Season to taste
- Pour 12 cup water into casserole
- Cover and cook at 350 for 40 minutes
- Serves 5
