Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2 pork chops 1-inch thick
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 carrot cut in 12-inch pieces
- 1 small potato cut in chunks
- 14 tsp basil
- 2 envelopes Lipton mushroom soup
- 23 c water
Directions
- Brown pork chops
- Add rest of the ingredients and simmer 45 minutes
- Last 15 minutes add frozen peas
