Ingredients

  • 5 thick pork chops
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 c cooked rice
  • 3 onions

Directions

  1. Fry chops brown not well done
  2. Place in bottom of casserole On each chop place one slice of onion one slice of tomato one ring of green pepper and 2 tablespoons rice in green pepper ring Season to taste
  3. Pour 12 cup water into casserole
  4. Cover and cook at 350 for 40 minutes
  5. Serves 5
