Pork Chops And Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 thick cut loin pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 or 3 large baking potatoes sliced in rounds
  • 1 onion sliced into rings
  • 1 small can mushrooms optional
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Brown chops well on both sides
  2. In 2-quart Pyrex layer potato rounds onion rings mushrooms and mushroom soup
  3. Repeat another layer of each ingredient
  4. Add about 14 of a soup can of water to mixture
  5. Place chops on top of potato mixture and sprinkle with paprika
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until chops are completely cooked
  7. Season to taste
