Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops cut of your choice
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 c Minute rice uncooked

Directions

  1. Flour pork chops and lightly brown in oil in a heavy skillet Remove from skillet and drain
  2. In a large casserole dish stir together chicken and rice soup water and instant rice
  3. Add pork chops
  4. Cook for 1 hour in a 375 oven
