Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 12 c sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c water
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 4 c thinly sliced potatoes
- 4 pork chops
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown chops
- Blend soup sour cream water and parsley
- In casserole dish put layers of potatoes sauce mixture salt and pepper
- Top with chops
- Cover and bake at 375 for 1 12 hours
