Pork Chops And Stuffing

Ingredients

• 4 pork chops
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 c soft bread cubes
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 14 c melted butter or margarine
• 14 c water
• 14 tsp poultry seasoning
• 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
• 13 c water

Directions

1. Brown chops in oil
2. Place in 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish
3. Lightly mix bread cubes onion butter 14 cup water and poultry seasoning
4. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop
5. Blend soup and 13 cup water
6. Pour over stuffing and chops
7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until tender
8. Yields 4 servings
