Pork Chops Creole

Ingredients

  • 4 thick chops
  • 1 box Minute rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1 can milk
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Brown the chops in a small amount of fat
  2. Sprinkle rice between the chops and over the top
  3. In bowl dilute soup and add seasonings then pour over the chops
  4. Bake covered in oven at 350 for 45 minutes or until the rice has absorbed moisture
