Pork Chops Creole

Ingredients
- 4 thick chops
- 1 box Minute rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1 can milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown the chops in a small amount of fat
- Sprinkle rice between the chops and over the top
- In bowl dilute soup and add seasonings then pour over the chops
- Bake covered in oven at 350 for 45 minutes or until the rice has absorbed moisture
