Pork Chops In The Corn

Ingredients
- 2 shoulder pork chops
- 14 c evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp fine dry bread crumbs or 3 crushed saltines
- 1 c cream-style corn
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp celery salt or 14 c chopped celery stalk

- To serve 4 double the recipe except use 34 teaspoon of salt
