Pork Chops Risotto

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops 12-inch thick
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 c uncooked rice
- 1 green pepper cut in 6 rings
- chili sauce
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper Brown in large skillet over medium heat
- Spread bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rice and with browned chops
- On each chop arrange green pepper ring with heaping teaspoon of chili sauce
