Pork Chops Risotto

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops 12-inch thick
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 c uncooked rice
  • 1 green pepper cut in 6 rings
  • chili sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper Brown in large skillet over medium heat
  3. Spread bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rice and with browned chops
  4. On each chop arrange green pepper ring with heaping teaspoon of chili sauce
