Pork Chops With Dressing

Ingredients

• 4 to 6 pork chops
• 3 c soft bread cubes
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 14 c melted butter
• 14 c water
• 14 tsp poultry seasoning
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 13 c water

Directions

1. Trim fat from chops and brown on both sides
2. Place in baking dish
3. Mix together bread cubes onion butter 14 cup water and poultry seasoning
4. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop
5. Pour off drippings from pan used to brown chops
6. Blend cream of mushroom soup with 13 cup water
7. Heat and pour over chops and dressing
8. Bake at 350 about 1 hour
