Pork Liver Mush

Ingredients

  • about 2 lb fresh pork liver
  • about 1 lb pork lean and fat mixed
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • poultry seasoning or sage to taste

Directions

  1. Cook liver and meat until very tender
  2. May remove fat if you wish
  3. Cool and mash or grind
  4. Return to heat
  5. Add seasoning and boil adding enough meal to thicken very thin cooking about 5 minutes
