Pork Normandy

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 6 pork chops 12-inch thick
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 12 c apple juice
- 12 c celery chopped
- 14 tsp thyme
- hot cooked noodles
Directions
- In hot oil brown pork chops and onion for about 10 minutes Spoon off fat
- Stir in soup apple juice celery and thyme Reduce heat to low
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally Serve over noodles Serves 6
