Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 6 pork chops 12-inch thick
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 12 c apple juice
  • 12 c celery chopped
  • 14 tsp thyme
  • hot cooked noodles

Directions

  1. In hot oil brown pork chops and onion for about 10 minutes Spoon off fat
  2. Stir in soup apple juice celery and thyme Reduce heat to low
  3. Cover and simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally Serve over noodles Serves 6
