Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 1 5 oz pork roast boned rolled and tied
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c orange marmalade
- 1 1-inch piece ginger root
Directions
- Place roast fat side up on rack in roasting pan
- Bake at 325 for 2 to 3 hours
- Combine garlic marmalade and ginger root in saucepan
- Cook over low heat until bubbly stirring constantly
- Remove garlic and ginger root
- Brush glaze over roast 2 to 3 times during the final 30 minutes of roasting
- Serve on platter
- Garnish with orange slices
