Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 5 oz pork roast boned rolled and tied
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 c orange marmalade
  • 1 1-inch piece ginger root

Directions

  1. Place roast fat side up on rack in roasting pan
  2. Bake at 325 for 2 to 3 hours
  3. Combine garlic marmalade and ginger root in saucepan
  4. Cook over low heat until bubbly stirring constantly
  5. Remove garlic and ginger root
  6. Brush glaze over roast 2 to 3 times during the final 30 minutes of roasting
  7. Serve on platter
  8. Garnish with orange slices
