Pork Roast Barbecue
Ingredients
- 1 4 to 5 lb pork loin
- 1 12 c water
- 1 c vinegar
- 12 c catsup
- 12 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 Tbsp dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp crushed red pepper
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Place roast fat side up in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan Insert meat thermometer not touching bone or fat
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour over roast
- Bake uncovered at 325 for 2 12 to 3 hours or until thermometer reaches 170 basting frequently with pan drippings
- Let stand 10 to 15 minutes
- Serve with remaining sauce
