Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean pork
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 12 tsp dry ginger
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 10 oz pkg stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp chicken broth or water

Directions

  1. Slice pork into 18-inch strips
  2. Marinate in soy sauce vinegar sesame oil garlic and ginger for 15 minutes
  3. Heat oil in skillet until hot
  4. Add pork and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes Add vegetables
  5. unthawed and the chicken broth or water
  6. Stir all together
  7. Cover and steam for 3 minutes until vegetables are heated through yet still crisp and tender
  8. Serve over hot cooked rice
