Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean pork
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 12 tsp dry ginger
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 10 oz pkg stir-fry vegetables
- 1 Tbsp chicken broth or water
Directions
- Slice pork into 18-inch strips
- Marinate in soy sauce vinegar sesame oil garlic and ginger for 15 minutes
- Heat oil in skillet until hot
- Add pork and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes Add vegetables
- unthawed and the chicken broth or water
- Stir all together
- Cover and steam for 3 minutes until vegetables are heated through yet still crisp and tender
- Serve over hot cooked rice
