Pork Tenderloin With Onion-Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
- pork tenderloin
- 1 large onion sliced
- 12 c raisins
- garlic
- caraway seed
- cornstarch
- 12 c wine
Directions
- Brown tenderloin
- Place in 275 oven until done slightly pink in middle
- In separate pan heat 1 tablespoon butter or oil Saute onion until caramelized
- Add raisins
- Mix wine and cornstarch
- Add to onion and raisins
- Cook until thick
- Slice tenderloin place on sauce
- Serve with vegetable and potato or rice
