Ingredients

  • oil
  • garlic
  • salt pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • soy sauce
  • brown sugar
  • honey

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together well
  2. Marinate tenderloin in sauce and turn several times
  3. Marinate overnight
  4. Cut tenderloin lengthwise Then fill with spinach
  5. Roll and tie together
  6. Saute tenderloin on high heat for just a few minutes to seer in juices Rub tenderloin with mustard thoroughly
  7. Roll in bread crumbs and Romano cheese
  8. Place in pyrex dish and bake to your desired doneness
