Pork Vegetable RoastMicrowave

Ingredients
- 1 2 12 to 3 lb pork roast
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 3 medium potatoes peeled and cut in eighths
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 14 12 oz can tomatoes with liquid
Directions
- Place roast in 4-quart casserole
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper as desired
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cook covered on cook level 3 for 1 12 to 2 hours or until thoroughly cooked no longer pink and temperature of 170 is reached
- Turn roast over halfway through cooking time
- Yield 6 to 8 servings
