Pork Vegetable RoastMicrowave

Ingredients

  • 1 2 12 to 3 lb pork roast
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 3 medium potatoes peeled and cut in eighths
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 12 tsp oregano
  • 1 14 12 oz can tomatoes with liquid

Directions

  1. Place roast in 4-quart casserole
  2. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper as desired
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Cook covered on cook level 3 for 1 12 to 2 hours or until thoroughly cooked no longer pink and temperature of 170 is reached
  5. Turn roast over halfway through cooking time
  6. Yield 6 to 8 servings
