Port Wine Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg Port wine cold pack cheese food
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 tsp chopped pimento
- 2 tsp chopped green pepper
- 2 tsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp lemon juice
- crushed pecans
Directions
- Combine cheese food softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine mix until well blended
- Add remaining ingredients mix well
- Mold into ball
- Roll in chopped pecans
- Refrigerate Makes 1 ball
