Port Wine Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg Port wine cold pack cheese food
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp margarine
• 2 tsp chopped pimento
• 2 tsp chopped green pepper
• 2 tsp chopped onion
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 tsp lemon juice
• crushed pecans

Directions

1. Combine cheese food softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine mix until well blended
2. Add remaining ingredients mix well
3. Mold into ball
4. Roll in chopped pecans
5. Refrigerate Makes 1 ball
