Possum Pate

Ingredients

• 1 dead possum road kill is fine
• 2 or 3 pods red pepper
• salt to taste
• butter
• 2 c flour
• 1 to 2 qt milk

Directions

1. Try to get a possum that has been dead no longer than 3 days and doesnt have any tire marks on his back
2. Add that rascal to a pot of boiling water along with the pepper pods salt and butter Cook him 3 to 6 hours
3. If he aint tender youll know you got an old possum
4. Combine the milk and flour
5. Add small quantities of the mixture to the possum and broth
6. Remember to stir constantly so he wont cling to the pot
7. If he sticks to the pot pry him off
8. Pull his tail that usually works best
