Possum Pie

Ingredients

• 12 c powdered sugar
• 4 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
• 2 12 c milk
• whipped cream
• pecan halves
• 1 9-inch baked pie shell

Directions

1. Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese set aside Mix vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes with milk
2. Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of cooled pie shell
3. Spread the pudding over this layer
4. Top with whipped cream
5. Arrange pecan halves on the whipped cream
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve
7. Serves 6 to 8
