Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 1 egg beaten
- 13 c water
- Boiling chicken or beef broth good with small pieces of meat in broth
Directions
- Sift first 3 ingredients together cut in shortening
- Stir water and egg together and add to flour mixture
- Roll very thin Cut into squares and let rest 20 - 30 minutes
- Drop into boiling broth
- Cover cook 20 minutes or until tender
