Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb roast
- 1 15 oz can whole tomatoes
- 12 c water
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tsp salt
- flour
- 1 onion
- 12 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 13 c brown sugar
- 14 c ketchup
Directions
- Brown garlic in some oil
- Flour roast and brown in oil Combine first 6 ingredients and simmer 1 12 hours
- Slice a whole onion and lay on roast
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast
- Continue cooking for another hour
