Pot Roast In Foil

Ingredients

• 4 lb beef chuck pot roast
• 1 envelope about 1 12 oz dry onion soup mix
• 1 10 12 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Place 30 x 18-inch piece heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan 13 x 9 x 2-inch
2. Place meat on foil
3. Sprinkle soup mix over top of meat and spread with cream of mushroom soup
4. Fold foil over meat and seal securely
5. Cook in 300 oven for 4 hours Makes 8 to 10 servings
