Pot Roast Onion Cheddar Gravy
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb beef pot roast
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 onions sliced
- 12 can cheese soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 4 oz can mushroom pieces
- 14 tsp oregano
- 14 tsp basil
- 14 tsp thyme
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
Directions
- Brown roast in oil
- Pour off drippings
- Season meat with salt and pepper
- Add onions soups mushrooms oregano basil thyme and parsley flakes
- Cover tightly and cook slowly 3 to 3 12 hours or until tender
- This is good to cook in an electric skillet Set the control at 200 to 225
