Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb beef pot roast
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 12 can cheese soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 4 oz can mushroom pieces
  • 14 tsp oregano
  • 14 tsp basil
  • 14 tsp thyme
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Brown roast in oil
  2. Pour off drippings
  3. Season meat with salt and pepper
  4. Add onions soups mushrooms oregano basil thyme and parsley flakes
  5. Cover tightly and cook slowly 3 to 3 12 hours or until tender
