Pot Roast Pork
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb loin end pork roast
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic slivered
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 whole cloves
- 12 c hot water
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Rub pork with salt and pepper
- Make tiny knife slits in the meat
- Insert garlic slivers in slits
- Broil meat 15 minutes to remove excess fat
- Place 1 sliced onion in the bottom of crock-pot
- Add pork roast and remaining ingredients to crock-pot Cover and cook on high heat for 5 hours or on low 10 hours
