Potato-Beef CasseroleMicrowave

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 medium onion
• 3 medium potatoes
• salt and pepper
• 1 c water
• 2 beef bouillon cubes

Directions

1. Brown beef and add salt and pepper to taste
2. Chop onion and add to beef 12 way through browning
3. Slice potatoes
4. Dissolve bouillon cubes in one cup water in microwave approximately 1 minute or until dissolved
5. Layer in a 2-quart casserole a layer of potatoes half of beef another layer of potatoes half of beef and another layer of potatoes
6. Pour bouillon mix over meat and potatoes
7. Cover and microwave on High for 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft
