Potato-Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes peeled cubed and cooked
  • 12 lb bacon fried and crumbled
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 34 lb Velveeta cubed
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients
  2. Save part of bacon to sprinkle on top after casserole is cooked
  3. Bake casserole at 350 for 45 minutes
