Potato-Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes peeled cubed and cooked
- 12 lb bacon fried and crumbled
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 34 lb Velveeta cubed
- salt to taste
Directions
- Mix ingredients
- Save part of bacon to sprinkle on top after casserole is cooked
- Bake casserole at 350 for 45 minutes
