Potato-Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 6 potatoes grated or cubed
- 1 onion grated or chopped
- 2 small cans chicken broth
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Saute onion in small amount of oleo
- Add chicken broth and potatoes
- When potatoes are done add Velveeta salt pepper and sugar 1 teaspoon
- Thin with milk if desired
