Potato-Leek Soup

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- bottoms of 3 large leeks
- 12 c celery chopped
- 12 c carrots grated
- 12 c onion chopped
- 1 small clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pt or more chicken broth
Directions
- Cook vegetables in enough water to keep from sticking until tender
- Add Accent while cooking
- Serve hot with saltine or other crackers
